On most of our trips we take some time to debrief and talk about what we've seen and what we are going to do about it when we get back. We also take some time to partake of the beauty of the country. One of my colleagues said to me if you go to Africa and only see the poverty and not the beauty you only have half a picture. We chose to go to Rift Valley region in Arba Minch for our debrief.
