Heartbreaking Story

I've been with World Vision for three years now and I have been on dozens of trips and heard hundreds of stories but this one was the most heartbreaking. I guess the saddest thing about it is that its really common but you just don't make a field visit around this too often. We are here to do a video on the need for water and so on Tuesday, Lisa set out to find a family whose lives have been impacted by long walks to water holes and the dirty quality of water retrieved there. What we weren't prepared for was the overwhelming number of people that were impacted by the deadly killer of dirty water. When she asked a local family for a nearby neighbor who had a child die from unclean water - they started coming from everywhere.
